All our orders are automatically submitted to our printing team at time of purchase. As a result, we are unable to accept cancellations for any reason. We always advise to carefully review your order to ensure print selection, size and shipping information is correct at the time of placing your order.

Every order is shipped with tracking information. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with your tracking details once your order is on its way. This will allow you to follow your artwork’s journey safely to your door.

Archival Matte Paper:

Our museum quality Giclée Art Prints are meticulously crafted to showcase intense, long-lasting colours with exceptional clarity and detail. Printed using gallery grade paper in an elegant matte finish. Paper Weight 200gsm.

Stretched Canvas:

Stretched onto an ethically sourced pine wood frame, this option combines texture with durability. The matte cotton and polyester canvas highlights vibrant colours and soft details, while a convenient back hanging is included for easy display. Side edges are left white for a clean finish. Canvas Weight 400gsm, Canvas Depth 1.25".

Framed Canvas:

Sustainably sourced pine wood frames available in a white, black, walnut or natural finish. This sleek gallery style presentation uses a floating frame to enhance your artwork with a modern finish. Your artwork arrives framed and ready to hang. Canvas Weight 400gsm, Frame Depth 1.75".

Framing options are available for select sizes in canvas options only. Frames can be chosen when adding your item to cart. 

If the first image shows a white border, your print will arrive with a white border as part of the design.

Colours can appear slightly different from screen to screen due to display settings and brightness. The colours of your printed artwork may therefore vary slightly from what you see on your device.

• Unframed art prints are rolled and shipped in triangular or cylinder tubes to ensure safe delivery.
• Smaller art prints may arrive in flat durable envelopes.
• Canvas prints ship in boxes, providing extra protection and safe delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 days to inform us of the issue. Please send photographs of the full artwork, close ups of the area of concern and the packaging it arrived in. We’ll look into the issue and work with you to put things right. Items may need to be returned to the UK before replacements are organised.
